1. SERVICE FEES & PAYMENTS

Scape A1 Academy provides a one-time complimentary initial consultation to assess basic eligibility. Professional fees are only triggered once a user formally agrees to our full "Consultation Services" package.

• • All payments are conducted via offline methods (Bank Transfer or Cash at our Jalan Ipoh/Kuchai offices).
• • Fees are charged for professional advisory time and administrative handling, not for the guaranteed outcome of an application.

3. DATA ACCURACY & USER VERIFICATION

Our platform utilizes OCR and AI to assist in grade normalization and university matching. However, technical discrepancies may occur.

Users are required to double-check and manually verify all data extracted by the OCR engine before proceeding. Scape A1 Academy is not liable for any rejections or losses resulting from unverified or incorrect academic data submitted to institutions.

4. DOCUMENT INTEGRITY & TERMINATION

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for academic fraud. Scape A1 Academy reserves the absolute right to terminate any account and ban users (students and parents) from our physical and digital platforms if:

• • Forged, altered, or misleading academic transcripts are provided.
• • Fraudulent personal identity documents are uploaded.
• • The user engages in behavior that compromises the academy's reputation with partnered universities.

5. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
