Our services target students pursuing higher education, many of whom are under the age of 18 (minors). In compliance with Malaysian law, parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory for the collection and processing of personal data for any individual under 18. By using this platform, you affirm that such consent has been obtained.

2. QUANTUM ANALYSIS & LOCAL AI TRAINING

Unlike many modern platforms, Scape A1 Academy utilizes In-House Private Servers for all model training.

3. OCR DATA PRIVACY

Our certificate scanning interface processes your SPM/UEC/STPM results using client-side OCR. Images of your certificates are processed in your device's volatile memory (RAM) and immediately purged. We do not store original images of your transcripts on our servers unless you explicitly upload them for a formal application.

4. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & TRACKING

We utilize specific third-party service providers to maintain platform efficiency:

• Supabase: Secure database hosting and authentication.
• ZeptoMail: For the delivery of your automated Quantum Analysis reports.
• Google Analytics & Meta Pixels: To analyze site traffic and optimize our outreach to students.

5. PHYSICAL DOCUMENT SECURITY

For students who request our offline consultation or document notarization services, Scape A1 Academy Sdn. Bhd. maintains physical copies of academic records at our secure offices in Jalan Ipoh and Kuchai Lama. These documents are stored in restricted-access filing systems and are held only for the duration required by the university admission process.
